We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help you.
Return Window
You can return and get a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. This policy does not affect your legal rights.
Delayed Orders
If the tracking shows "Delivered" and you have not received your parcel:
a) Check safe areas around your address
b) Contact neighbors or the reception area of your building.
c) Contact the shipping carrier
Note : Sometimes, the order reaches your nearest post office and is pending due to insufficient address, package not claimed, missing number, etc. It is much more convenient for you to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery. If you still need help, email us with your order number and we will assist you.
Orders Not Received
If the order is delivered in the tracking information, SAHERY will not refund or reship.
A. If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certificate issued by the local post office is required, which will have an official seal on it.
B. Tracking Information Warning. When the tracking information warning appears, the reasons are listed below:
A) Incorrect/insufficient address.
b) No number.
c) Unknown recipient.
d) Refused.
e) Not picked up on time.
f) No safe delivery location.
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not yet shipped.
POD orders cannot be canceled after payment because they are customized.
Pre-order inventory orders cannot be canceled after payment because they are special products and only available to you.
What can be returned
Items must be:
a) Unused
b) In original packaging
c) With all accessories and manuals
Please include your order number inside the parcel to help us identify your return.
Items that are not eligible for return:
a) Perishable or short-lived items
b) Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
c) Customized or made-to-order items
d) Gift cards
e) Clearance or final sale items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged, please contact us immediately. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, email us at Saheryonline@gmail.com. Include:
1) Your order number
2) Reason for return
3) Photos and videos of the item being damaged or defective
We will send you simple instructions and confirm the correct return address based on your location.
Steps:
a) Pack the item securely
b) Use a trackable shipping service
c) Share the tracking number with us so we can track the return.
Important: Do not return items without contacting us.
Returns sent to the wrong address or to our registered office cannot be processed.
Return Address
We offer returns to multiple countries through our fulfillment partners.
In order to ensure your product reaches the correct location, we will provide you with the correct return address ( US, UK, Australia, Canada, Italy, Germany and UAE) via email after you initiate the return process.
Who pays for return shipping
a) Change of mind : You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
b) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items :
We will cover the return postage or provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Returned items are refunded to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection.
We aim to process refunds within 3-7 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to release funds.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when you initiate a return request.
