Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMES

For US contiguous state orders, our average shipping time is 5–9 business days from the date of fulfillment. Please note this does not apply to pre-order items.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For remote or rural areas, shipping may take between 9–13 business days.

All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of fulfillment, not the date of purchase.


SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on all US orders. No minimum purchase is required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business day and are shipped from our warehouse in the US. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you need to make any modifications to your order, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to the high volume of orders we receive and our fast fulfillment times, we may not be able to honor your request before your order is shipped.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that all details are correct. We will do our best to assist you in making the necessary changes before your order is shipped.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any modifications or changes to it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


FAILED DELIVERIES

Please ensure that you have provided us with accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact information. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned to us, and we will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs or fees associated with the failed delivery.

In the event that your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement shipment. Please note that a replacement fee may apply, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding with the replacement shipment.
