This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, and shipped from Sahery Online (https://sahery.online). By placing an order with us you agree to the terms described below. Processing Time

At Sahery Online, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During this time, our team carefully prepares, packs, and verifies each item before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s progress in real time.

Shipping Destinations

We are a US-based company. Our orders are shipped from our primary fulfillment center in China. We also have warehouses in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Italy, Germany, and UAE from where we deliver products worldwide using a combination of international carriers and local postal partners.

 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number (where available). You can use that tracking number to follow your package on the carrier’s website.

If your tracking status is Delivered but you cannot find the package, please contact your local post office. If you still cannot find the package, please contact us our customer service at adbinmojejahmed01580@gmail.com; include your order number and shipping address.

 Missing, Lost, or Damaged 

 If your order appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period), contact us our customer service at adbinmojejahmed01580@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment team to locate the package.
 If your product arrives damaged, keep all product and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the product .
 For claims related to lost or damaged items, we may require proof of purchase, photos, and the shipping address.

Address Changes 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact usour customer service at adbinmojejahmed01580@gmail.com within 24 hours. We cannot change the address once the order has been shippe.
